Footnote Martin?
So, is it safe to call him "Footnote Martin" yet? Stephen Harper may just think so. At least until the next round of non-confidence votes in Parliament.
It's almost sad, though. So many years Martin must have spent getting in power, taking the reins of the "Liberal juggernaut" after Chretien leaves, and what he may be remembered for most is that party's greatest loss in decades.
