Persistent Illumination

Open Office: why would anybody pay for MS Office if you can download the freeware for ... well ... free? (Hopefully, I will not be finding an answer to this question, ever.) Hooray for my laptop finally having compatible programs.

Spyware: tonight I had my first really bad encounter with it. After trying four separate programs, Webroot's Spy Sweeper actually got the job done.
